Jag har virkat en ny filt. I finafina garnet Andes från Drops. Filten är virkad i halvdubbelstolpar och bakvända fasta maskor med virknål 9mm. Eftersom garnet är så pass tjockt så virkar man på väldigt snabbt och filten har väl tagit en dryg vecka att virka klart. Blev lite sugen på mer tjockgarnsvirkning så jag har köpt fler lite större virknålar, 10mm, 12mm och 15mm. Man kan aldrig få för många virknålar!
New Blanket
I have made a new blanket. In beautifulbeautiful Andes from Drops. I made the blanket using half double crochet/half trebble and the new crab-stich. This thick and chunky yarn works up very quickly and the blanket took just over a week to finish. I fancy making something more with chunky yarn so I got myself some new hooks, 10mm, 12mm and 15mm. You can never have too many crochet hooks!

I love this blanket!!! So cosy! And the way you've done the border is perfect - it works so well - really stylish. And a blanket in just over a week - that's the way to do it. My stripy one is over 2 years in the making now... oops! Chunky yarn and giant hooks is the way to go!! xx
